(1) Use of Electronic Records: You consent to the use of electronic disclosures and records related to your application and any related transaction. Your computer or other device must have hardware and software that meets minimum requirements to connect to the internet, receive email, and access, view, download, and store electronic disclosures. You have the right to receive disclosures and/or records in paper or nonelectronic form, but if you do not sign below, you cannot complete your application electronically and must contact us directly. (2) Certification: You certify that the information you have provided is complete and accurate and made for the purpose of obtaining credit. You also certify that you have read and agree with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Notice, and Privacy Policy of this website.
(3) Credit Report: You are giving us written instructions to obtain your consumer credit report from one or more credit reporting agencies. The preapproval process will not impact your credit score, but if you proceed after preapproval, a hard pull will be required, which may impact your credit score.
(4) Communications: You agree to receive text and email messages related to your application and any related account from us and/or our affiliates. You also agree to receive calls that may include prerecorded messages, autodialed voice calls, and/or automated phone calls and text messages, as applicable law allows. Your wireless carrier may charge you for incoming calls and text messages according to your plan.
(5) Sharing with Affiliates: You authorize us to share your application and consumer credit report with one or more of our affiliates for the purpose of processing your application.
(6) Sharing with Third Party Finance Company: You authorize us to share your nonpublic personal information with Credit Acceptance Corporation, as described in our Terms and Conditions. You understand that you may opt out of future information sharing that Easy Auto / Sunrise Acceptance may engage in by referring to the Privacy Notice.
